PE Class: Basketball

PE class is one of the people's favorite class, because there you can relax and exercise. Last time we in PE we play basketball. Basketball is a great sport where you run a lot and you dehydrated very fast because in they are only 6 players in each team and you have run back and forth. 

When you are doing exercise your body needs energy and you have to hydrate as much as possible. Our body is made of 70% of water or has 70% of water that's why we have to drink water at all time to replenish all the fluid we excrete already. When we sweat we dehydrate.

If you are doing exercise is not good drinking energy drink, because it has to much sugar and that can be dangerous, later you can have diabetes and that is very bad you can die because of that.

You always have to drink water before and while you are doing exercise. We waste energy and we burn calories too. Exercise is the best thing you can do.
